Overview

Omniop Solutions holds themselves to a high standards of ethical business practices. Our terms
of service is designed to make sure both our clients and us are protected by basic guidelines intended
to make sure that doing business with Omniop Solutions is fair. The terms below are general guidelines and may not be implemented in every project since here are exceptions depending on dynamic circumstances. Web Design

Web design services include all services related to the planning, creation and maintenance of a clients' web site.

Payment for web site services may vary depending upon the size or type of project. The most common payment schedules will include a percentage (usually 50%) after the agreement of deliverables is signed off, but before the project is started. After the project is completed, the balance (usually 50%) is due upon receipt of the final invoice. On larger projects, it may be necessary to spread out the payment throughout the project or as agreed.

All deviations from the agreement on deliverables that would exceed the project cost including time and materials must be signed off by clients before they are implemented by Omniop.

Any reasonable changes can be made to the project until two weeks business days after the project end date. After two weeks from the project's end date no refunds will be issued for work already completed. Each change thereafter will be billed at Omniops' market rate per hour. The two weeks period may be extended depending on the project and agreements the two weeks is a minimum guaranteed timeframe for included support.

In order to keep our project costs down, it is imperative that we share testing responsibilities with our clients unless otherwise stated in an agreement.

All defects or mistakes that resulted from Omniop are covered for up to 60 days from completion.

All domain name expense including registration, are non refundable.

Web Hosting

All Web Hosting services are refundable up to 15 days from the start of service. After 15 days, all cancellations of the written or verbal contract are subject to a $30 cancellation Fee, or 25% of the residual contract amount, which ever is greater.

Managed Services

All services classified as a managed service may includes services that occur once, or on an agreed cycle. Each service must be defined and agreed upon before being performed. If a Service is cancelled before the end date, but after the start date, they will subject to a $30 cancellation fee, or 35% of the residual contract amount, which ever is greater.

Consulting, Support, and Training

All consulting, technical support, and training relating to problems on the clients end are all billed by the hour or an agreed flat rate in addition to the projects quote.
